Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, digital strategy, operations, innovation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of turning complex transformation initiatives into measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, productivity, or customer experience.
- Strong business acumen with fluency in AI, data, technology, security, and vendor solutions.
- Experience leading significant cross-functional change and influencing senior leaders across an organization.
- Practical, business-first approach focused on solving real problems and redesigning processes.
- Executive presence, intellectual curiosity, strong judgment, and a bias for action.
- Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into solutions employees can adopt and the business can scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s enterprise AI strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Partner with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Redesign business processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption of AI technologies.
- Establish enterprise AI governance across security, data privacy, vendor standards, and responsible AI practices.
- Build an AI-enabled culture through executive coaching, employee education, and change management.
- Measure and communicate the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
