Requirements
- Understanding of business and technical processes to meet business objectives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SAFe or similar delivery frameworks.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Experience creating user stories or requirements for modern interface development.
- Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes, and tools.
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle including taking concise meeting notes.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Apply knowledge of departmental business processes, compliance, and workflows to daily activities.
- Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts, and perform manual or automated testing.
- Communicate and present information effectively to diverse teams and leadership.
