Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on implementation or administration experience with NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems.
- Experience with Revenue Accounting applications.
- Understanding of business accounting and financial processes.
- Knowledge of SOX audit processes, controls, and evidence collection.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Capture business context including problem definitions, objectives, and business cases.
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements mapped to business vision.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to diagram application workflows.
- Lead full development lifecycle activities including design, testing, and deployment.
- Research and resolve high-priority application issues.
- Develop and maintain functional, technical, and process documentation.
- Partner with integration teams to ensure data flow between mission-critical applications.
