Requirements
- Experience in information technology (IT) systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
- Design and implement technical solutions using application programming interfaces (APIs), connectors, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Build and maintain workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and deliver reliable, scalable enterprise solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity platforms, workflow automation tools, or modern integration frameworks such as Glean, Dust, or Workato (Bonus).
- Experience working with enterprise collaboration tools and their integrations, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, or Asana (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable, and reliable use.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption of AI and automation capabilities.
- Improve productivity through measurable reductions in manual steps, workflow completion times, and operational overhead.
