Requirements
- Prior experience in Customer Support or related positions (restaurants, retail, etc.).
- General high school degree or equivalent.
- Positive attitude toward customer communication and team collaboration.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Fledgling analysis skills: ability to spot trends and research common themes.
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
- Must be available to attend 3 weeks of training Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via incoming phone calls for up to 24 hours per week.
- Respond to inbound email and web form tickets for up to 10 hours per week.
- Support customers via inbound AI chat for up to 12 hours per week.
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and stand-ups.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis of bugs, operational misses, and service disruptions.
- Maintain high productivity and responsiveness within defined SLAs.
