Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with increasing responsibility for Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum 3 years administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise or multi-site business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation and Windows endpoint management.
- Experience supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 E5 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity environments, and Conditional Access policies.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device lifecycle management, configuration profiles, and security policies.
- Respond to security incidents and manage vulnerabilities using Microsoft Defender technologies.
- Support Microsoft Purview compliance tools including sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention policies.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure automation.
- Serve as an escalation resource for complex infrastructure, identity, and security issues.
