Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services onboarding, payment operations, KYC/AML, or healthcare claims/insurance operations.
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts.
- Strong attention to detail for validating financial, banking, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to translate operational pain points into clear requirements for Product and Technology teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume onboarding pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, Jira, or AI automation tools is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto payment and financial services platforms.
- Validate documentation such as W-9s, banking letters, and entity formation documents against regulatory standards.
- Perform due diligence, including NPI registry verification and OIG/SAM exclusion screening.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines including BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA rules.
- Configure funding arrangements and EFT/ACH setups for partners.
- Triage and resolve documentation gaps or onboarding exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM/Salesforce and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve onboarding platforms and resolve defects.
