Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure programs.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure, telecommunications, mission-critical, utility, or data center projects.
- Demonstrated expertise leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating across multiple technical disciplines.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and complex client relationships.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and executive stakeholder workshops.
- Experience in business development, proposal management, and strategic account growth.
- Strong mentorship skills with experience building and growing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional credential.
- Preferred: Experience with BIM/Revit, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, or GIS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams across all project phases including architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and telecommunications.
- Ensure design integration, quality, constructability, resilience, and operational excellence for large-scale infrastructure.
- Manage large and complex programs from planning through commissioning including scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
- Identify project delivery challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as executive-level client lead and build relationships with hyperscale technology providers and infrastructure developers.
- Support strategic account growth, business development, and major proposal efforts.
- Mentor project managers and technical leaders to build a high-performing multidisciplinary delivery team.
