Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience owning client relationships with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to sell managed-service campaigns supported by data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of multiple media channels.
- Ability to move between detailed operational discussions and high-level strategic conversations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in innovation and new solutions.
- Ability to translate complex client needs into clear and compelling briefs.
- Strong quantitative background including finance, data, and analytics.
- Growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead through influence.
Responsibilities
- Own a dedicated portfolio of enterprise client relationships and drive high revenue growth through expansion and new offerings.
- Develop and execute client strategies that identify opportunities for deeper engagement and long-term commercial growth.
- Lead strategic new pursuits within existing client relationships in partnership with new business teams.
- Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to deliver business impact.
- Provide horizontal leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Own contracting processes end-to-end, including renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Contribute to the development of scalable tools and processes for client development.
