Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, public administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or related Agile delivery roles.
- 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise workflow platform.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow Agile Development.
- Ability to communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience with requirements documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the product vision, integrated roadmap, and prioritization approach for ServiceNow capabilities and workstreams.
- Translate stakeholder needs, mission objectives, and user feedback into measurable product outcomes, epics, features, and release objectives.
- Lead product discovery, requirements elicitation, refinement, and prioritization sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define and maintain epics and features, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are sufficiently refined for delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure proposed capabilities are feasible, testable, and aligned with product outcomes.
- Evaluate proposed enhancements against out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality, standards, and upgradeability.
- Monitor delivery progress against roadmap priorities and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
