Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a fast-paced, product-led organization.
- Proven experience building and managing B2B software products.
- Demonstrated ability to own products end-to-end, including discovery, research, and execution.
- Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with users.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate complex problems into actionable requirements.
- Experience in healthcare technology, particularly oncology, is highly desirable.
- Experience developing or managing AI-driven products is a strong plus.
- Background in engineering, data science, or UX design is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major component of the healthcare technology platform.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Engage directly with customers, healthcare professionals, and end users to understand their needs and workflows.
- Translate feedback, user research, and data insights into clear product opportunities and actionable decisions.
- Use product and business data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to build and launch high-quality software.
- Establish clear priorities and make trade-offs across customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
