Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
7+ years of successful experience in National Account Management, Strategic Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.
Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue goals.
Proven ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-location national customer contracts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive customer decisions.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (including CoPilot and AI tools).
Ability to travel approximately 30-50% for customer meetings and industry events.
Industry experience in restaurant, convenience, grocery, or foodservice equipment is strongly preferred.

Create and execute multi-year strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Manage revenue growth, retention, and profitability objectives for assigned national accounts.
Develop and close new business opportunities with major restaurant, convenience, grocery, and hospitality chains.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders in operations, facilities, and procurement.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service program expansions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Service Delivery, and Finance to ensure service-level commitments.
Utilize operational data to identify reliability trends and deliver actionable business recommendations.
