Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data or product analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Product-oriented mindset focusing on customer experience rather than just data tables.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
- Ability to critically validate data and perform skepticism-based quality checks.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Experience building dashboards using tools like Metabase or Looker.
- Knowledge of healthcare domains including eligibility, benefits, and patient billing is a plus.
- Ability to read application code to trace the origin of data metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain dashboards used by product and customer teams across the product suite.
- Translate user feedback and open questions into clearly defined and tracked metrics.
- Identify and investigate product performance issues proactively through data analysis.
- Collaborate with founders, product managers, engineers, and customer success to define measurement strategies.
- Explain and interpret shifts in data to key stakeholders.
