Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend foundation with a track record of operating high-scale production systems.
- Proficiency in React and ability to own full-stack UI work.
- Advanced SQL skills beyond basic SELECT/UPDATE statements.
- Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and browser-server interactions.
- Experience shipping meaningful user-facing features to production.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python/Flask.
- Experience with AWS-hosted systems and best practices for deployment.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both real-time and asynchronous environments.
- Strong debugging and testing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and own end-to-end product features.
- Work across frontend, backend, and data boundaries to deliver high-quality, reliable systems.
- Scope, prioritize, and drive rollout in partnership with the Product team.
- Debug complex issues across the full system stack.
- Mentor other engineers and provide thoughtful technical feedback.
- Engage directly with customers to understand feature impact and usage.
- Architect large projects and lead technical design validation.
