Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industrial instruments across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fast-paced, international team.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including terminations, resignations, transfers, and redundancy processes.
- Independently lead client meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and trade unions for audit compliance.
- Draft and administer termination documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Act as a first-level escalation point for Employee Relations support and conduct preliminary workplace concern assessments.
- Identify, advocate for, and implement process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
