Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with employee lifecycle exposure.
- Proven background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex local employment laws and industrial instruments.
- Superior communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new systems and collaborate asynchronously.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead client and employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and settlement negotiations.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders (payroll, legal, unions) to ensure compliance.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide ER resource guidance.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within the lifecycle function.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a first point of informal escalation.
