Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigation fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and research complex HR issues in ambiguous environments.
  • Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and system adaptation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide guidance on employee relations resources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure accurate offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development within the lifecycle function.
