Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify (preferred).
- Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies (preferred).
- Experience working in remote teams (preferred).
- Knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp or Asana (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for e-commerce clients.
- Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with the strategy team.
- Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
