Requirements
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Experience with template-based design platforms (Canva is a plus).
- Ability to adapt existing designs, templates, and brand systems accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Capacity to learn new software, platforms, and workflows quickly.
- Comfort working as part of a remote creative team.
Responsibilities
- Execute customized marketing projects for real estate agents by adapting creative to individual brand needs.
- Build, upload, and prepare editable marketing assets for the company's Marketing Design Center (MDC).
- Resize and reformat existing designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality assurance across all versions of marketing assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while ensuring all deliverables are polished and error-free.
- Support the creative team with digital and social media content production for platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and template libraries using established naming conventions.
