Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking, shipped 0→1 work, and complex multi-user flows.
- Proven experience operating as the most senior designer on a product area.
- Strong prototyping skills with the ability to build clickable, realistic prototypes.
- Active AI-assisted workflow using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
- Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous team alignment.
- Ability to design in ambiguity and build conviction through iteration.
- Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities, frame problems, set design direction, and own product outcomes end-to-end.
- Design complex, multi-step product flows serving multiple user types while balancing creator and member experiences.
- Prototype and test concepts at speed using AI-assisted and code-generation workflows.
- Contribute to product roadmap strategy and identify cross-functional opportunities.
- Drive craft standards for interaction design and visual quality.
- Collaborate directly with engineers and design engineers to ship high-quality product experiences.
- Mentor and raise the bar for the broader design team through feedback and shared frameworks.
