Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, end-to-end product thinking, and systems-level reasoning.
- Hands-on AI design experience, including shipping AI-powered or AI-assisted features.
- Data visualization expertise for turning complex, multi-layered data into actionable insights.
- Accessibility expertise with working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Ability to mentor and raise standards through feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Strong communication skills for presenting design strategy and trade-offs.
- Experience in K–12 edtech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve core product experiences for educators and students.
- Design AI-native features and interaction models for human-agent collaboration.
- Define and evolve the design system, including components, design tokens, and documentation.
- Raise team design standards through strong visual and interaction craft and mentorship.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design through WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
- Partner with product teams to lead user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
- Present design strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
