Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-grade, multi-tenant web platforms or native mobile apps.
- Expertise in Node.js (primary), React, and React Native.
- Proficiency in microservices development, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing, specifically Jest.
- Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle or SQL Server), including complex SQL queries, joins, and views.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
- Knowledge of exception handling, multi-threaded programming, and memory management.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure.
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
- Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
- Promote client success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions.
- Engage in agile software development activities, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Mentor software engineers through Communities of Practice and project team engagement.
- Independently drive project delivery from conceptualization to deployment.
