Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including checkout, payments, onboarding, or verification-heavy flows in SaaS or fintech.
- Proven experience taking over an existing product and maintaining momentum.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain a specific conversion or revenue improvement achieved through your work.
- Experience writing clear, actionable specs for engineering teams.
- Platform and API experience sufficient to prioritize technical integration work and communicate with partner technical leads.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define metrics and pull funnel/conversion data independently.
- Fluent with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, or Cursor.
- Experience managing product launches across marketing, sales, and support channels.
- Experience working with designers to solve open-ended product problems.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for sign-up, verification, checkout, and platform/partner APIs for the duration of the 8-month mandate.
- Drive conversion metrics by reducing sign-up friction, optimizing time-to-first-sale, and improving verification workflows.
- Deliver measurable uplift in checkout performance through payment-method expansion and A/B testing.
- Manage platform and partner integration requests, prioritizing API work based on commercial return.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful feature adoption.
- Maintain predictable delivery through clear prioritization and transparent re-planning of committed work.
- Execute a clean handback by documenting all decisions and commitments before the end of the mandate.
