Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with experience in integrations, APIs, or platform products.
- Demonstrated history of owning partner or API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-off projects.
- Technical fluency to work directly with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling.
- Strong ability to translate input from customers, partners, and internal teams into clear, prioritized requirements.
- Experience managing relationships with external partner teams and influencing their roadmaps.
- Comfort and experience presenting to customers, including technical buyers and operations leaders.
- Ability to make trade-off decisions between standardizing processes and accommodating specific partner models.
- Strong written communication skills for creating technical and product documentation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the integration roadmap for platforms like Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday.
- Manage the public API, including endpoint design, versioning, documentation, and error handling.
- Partner with internal teams to drive integration strategy and influence third-party partner roadmaps.
- Serve as the product lead during customer discovery, scoping sessions, and deal demos.
- Develop internal configuration tooling to enable the Implementation team to support customers without engineering involvement.
- Collaborate with AI product teams to integrate automation features into third-party systems.
