Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of integrations, APIs, or platform products.
- Proven experience managing integrations across multiple systems with strong understanding of data mapping and versioning.
- Ability to treat partner and API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-time projects.
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams on technical product delivery.
- Comfortable working with customers and technical buyers on discovery, demos, and solution design.
- Strong written communication skills to transform stakeholder input into prioritized requirements.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with external partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to work Eastern Time (EST) and travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Manage integration products across ATS, HRIS, HCM, and VMS platforms, defining data flows and standardization.
- Lead the technical go-to-market strategy for new products and AI capabilities.
- Partner with external teams to influence roadmaps and resolve integration dependencies.
- Participate in customer-facing discovery, solution design, and enterprise implementation scoping.
- Own the evolution of the public API, developer experience, versioning, and documentation.
- Translate stakeholder feedback into prioritized product requirements.
- Develop configuration tooling to enable implementation and support teams.
