Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with software platforms, workflow applications, or digital health products.
- Experience in healthcare IT, medical device, digital health, clinical workflow, or regulated software environments.
- Strong ability to define product scope, write clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and guide teams through ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of product management best practices, including discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
- Experience using analytics, business intelligence, or product data to monitor adoption, workflow performance, and business impact.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, road mapping tools such as Aha!, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Pendo, Google Analytics, or SQL.
- BA/BS in science, engineering, business, healthcare, or a technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery for accountable products, including voice of customer, clinician workflow research, internal stakeholder feedback, data analysis, and assessment of unmet needs and pain points.
- Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap, balancing clinician workflow needs, operational priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release scope, and implementation plans that align business value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and user experience.
- Partner with program/project management to lead cross-functional core teams through product development, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch adoption.
- Work closely with engineering, design, UX, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and intuitive workflows through iterative development.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate product performance, adoption, operational impact, and KPI trends to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
