Requirements
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, account management, or integrated marketing.
- Experience at an agency or in-house at a technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead client or executive stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to build and maintain plans, timelines, and status docs.
- Proficiency with project management and ticketing platforms like Jira, Asana, Wrike, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Working knowledge of integrated and digital marketing disciplines (paid media, content, SEO, marketing automation, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
- Professional experience using AI tools and interest in identifying new AI applications for marketing.
- B2B technology experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, stakeholders, and organizational structure.
- Operate as an embedded program lead managing day-to-day client communications and relationships.
- Own the account operating cadence including status meetings, documentation, prioritization, and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and approvals across multiple workstreams.
- Track resource bandwidth and proactively identify potential capacity constraints or conflicts.
- Coordinate internal teams across creative, content, and paid media to ensure alignment.
- Use AI tools to streamline administrative work, synthesize information, and accelerate planning.
- Report program progress, risks, and results to client leadership.
