Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in a Life Sciences- or Biology-related field.
  • Have 5+ years of work experience, including more than 2 years related to marketing campaign strategy and execution.
  • Be familiar with marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis methods.
  • Be familiar with digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Demonstrate market insight, analytical ability, and strategic thinking.
  • Be able to coordinate with partners, including product managers, regional marketers, and EMKT channels, and coordinate resources.
  • Manage multiple objectives, projects, and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Have fluent spoken English and excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Biomedical or biotechnology industry education or work experience is preferred.
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale online or offline activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and customer insights into marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop targeted creative strategy and campaign plans, including audience definition, creative ideation, omnichannel content, and evaluation methods.
  • Oversee internal and external creation of campaign content, including visuals, A/Vs, emails, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies.
  • Build consistent GenScript LSG brand storytelling across campaigns and content touchpoints.
  • Improve campaign processes and management tools to support high-quality, timely production and implementation of campaign and event materials.
  • Monitor campaign progress, analyze effectiveness, and provide reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Oversee the marketing campaigns team’s engagement, capability development, and performance assessment.
