Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, digital media, or related disciplines.
- Have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- Have strong knowledge of branding, corporate communications, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
- Have experience creating and managing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Be able to work effectively with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting government contracting, defense, aerospace, or technical organizations is desired.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, is desired.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is desired.
- Experience supporting proposal development, capture efforts, or business development activities is desired.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate marketing and communications strategies supporting organizational goals, business development, recruiting, and brand awareness.
- Manage corporate brand standards, messaging, visual identity, and marketing collateral across platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Create and oversee graphics, videos, presentations, infographics, motion graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop internal and external messaging, announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications.
- Support recruiting through employment branding, social media campaigns, recruitment advertising, and talent attraction strategies.
- Collaborate with business development, capture, proposal, and operational teams on marketing materials, presentations, and proposal graphics.
- Manage website content, user experience improvements, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate vendors, creative resources, and marketing projects, and maintain marketing templates, branding guidelines, and communication standards.
