Requirements
- Minimum 13 years of experience in communications, preferably in Professional Services PR.
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive leadership role.
- Deep sector expertise in consulting, accounting, legal, or human capital/talent businesses.
- Proven track record managing complex client portfolios of $2M to $3M+.
- Experience navigating highly matrixed client organizations.
- Exceptional media relations skills with a strong network of top-tier reporters.
- Demonstrated excellence in strategic storytelling, content development, and multi-platform media placement.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns (PR, digital, social, influencer).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Understanding of the impact of AI on client positioning and communications.
- Experience establishing and tracking measurement and ROI for communications programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight typically between $2M to $3M+.
- Develop and execute innovative, results-driven communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders at client organizations.
- Lead complex, highly matrixed client engagements across multiple business areas.
- Drive new business development efforts, including identifying opportunities within existing accounts and spearheading pitches.
- Oversee staff performance management, including setting objectives and monitoring development.
- Manage client profitability by monitoring billability, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
