Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field, or a high school diploma combined with 5+ years of relevant rail tank car maintenance experience.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and technical sales, preferably within a transportation, logistics, maintenance, or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex sealing requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage territory activities and travel independently.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight travel.
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to identify, assess, and resolve customer fluid sealing challenges.
Serve as a subject matter expert on sealing products, applications, and solutions for transportation and related customer operations.
Conduct on-site technical training at repair shops, depots, loading and unloading facilities, and other customer locations.
Promote and support specialized sealing products and programs.
Act as a key liaison between customers, repair shops, and internal teams to coordinate technical support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative technical support.
Develop and deliver annual training plans tailored to individual customer requirements.
Use Salesforce to manage territory activities, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
