Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, product development, digital strategy, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions.
- Experience working on client-facing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different functions or disciplines.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable recommendations, requirements, or technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across different industries, technologies, and business environments.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities and outcomes.
- Experience with digital transformation, product development, cloud, data, software engineering, UX, or emerging technologies (advantageous).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Strong professional English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of business transformation, technology, and product development initiatives across a range of client engagements.
- Analyze client challenges, business requirements, processes, and opportunities to identify practical and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning digital strategy, experience design, engineering, and other specialist functions.
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand objectives, communicate recommendations, gather feedback, and support alignment on priorities.
- Contribute to project planning, execution, documentation, presentations, and delivery of high-quality client work.
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical approaches to address complex business and technology challenges.
- Support the design, development, implementation, and improvement of digital products, services, processes, or technology solutions.
- Help identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and enhanced customer or user experiences.
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables effectively, maintaining quality and meeting agreed timelines.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team development, reusable methodologies, and continuous improvement across consulting engagements.
