Requirements
- Extensive financial modeling experience, ideally in investment banking, buy-side, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated mastery of three-statement financial modeling (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to build structurally sound and consistent models.
- Proven track record in operational forecasting, business cases, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
- Strong understanding of FP&A principles including working capital, liquidity management, and variance analysis.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment to connect financial assumptions to operational drivers.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex models to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
- Experience with sports, media, entertainment, or live-event businesses preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the rolling three-year integrated financial model covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Build, maintain, and refine operational forecasting modules to serve as the foundation for business planning.
- Develop event cost unit economics, sponsorship revenue forecasts, and ticketing models.
- Lead annual operating plan development and manage regular reforecasting cycles.
- Build business-case and scenario models for new events, host markets, and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare financial analyses and materials for executive, investor, and board discussions.
- Partner with accounting and financial systems teams to ensure forecast accuracy and model-to-ERP reconciliation.
