Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance.
- Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, accounting controls, and audit processes.
- Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and partner with senior leadership.
- Experience building scalable financial infrastructure and implementing systems.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive and board-level communication.
- Experience mentoring and managing finance teams.
- Active CPA license strongly preferred.
- Startup or high-growth tech experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics and subscription business models.
- Healthcare technology or regulated healthcare experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own Blooming Health’s budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly reporting processes.
- Build and maintain scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, and KPI dashboards.
- Oversee core finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and month-end close.
- Partner with leaders across People Ops, Tech, Product, and Commercial teams to support planning and investment decisions.
- Provide financial analysis for customer contracts, pricing models, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, board materials, and due diligence processes.
- Manage tax compliance, audit readiness, financial controls, and risk management.
- Design and implement scalable financial systems and operational workflows.
