Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing with Java and JavaScript.
- Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git.
- 3+ years of experience independently designing, developing, and delivering software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within collaborative engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and document technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to configure healthcare technology platforms, script, troubleshoot, and provide architectural guidance.
- Build expertise in healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR while partnering with subject matter experts.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks and ensuring technical issues are addressed appropriately.
- Support commercial professional services by working closely with implementation, service, and account management teams.
- Act as a technical resource for support analysts to improve troubleshooting and team knowledge.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and contribute to RFI and RFP responses for business development.
