Requirements
- 5–7 years of account management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large data sets.
- Strong stakeholder-management and project-management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Creative, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience negotiating sophisticated retail, CPG, or commerce partnerships preferred.
- Strong overall business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Manage the launch of new retail partners and build strong, productive relationships with existing partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations, internal processes, and partner business models.
- Create strategic plans that address partner needs and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead new-partner launches across catalog setup, marketing, public relations, and operations.
- Analyze large data sets to identify business insights and develop growth strategies.
- Establish processes, reporting, and operating mechanisms to streamline team activities.
- Educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with stakeholders at multiple levels of partner organizations.
