Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience operating at the Principal, Staff, or equivalent senior individual contributor level in product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong consulting mindset with experience working with executive partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Significant experience owning long-term product vision and strategy across multiple products or programs.
  • Command of modern product management practices, including user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing less experienced product professionals.
  • Experience contributing to business development activities such as proposals or account expansion.
  • At least 2 years of experience working effectively on remote teams.
  • Ability to successfully meet the requirements for a position of Public Trust and pass a US Government background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term product vision and strategy across a portfolio of products or complex, multi-team programs.
  • Translate high-level organizational, client, policy, and user needs into strategic direction, product priorities, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to establish shared vision and align priorities.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and improve the effectiveness of digital services and product strategies.
  • Mentor and develop product managers to strengthen product management capabilities and user-centered practices.
  • Represent the product management practice with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client relationships, and account growth.
