Job Details

7+ years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated scope and impact.
Demonstrated Principal or Staff-level individual contributor experience.
Proven track record designing, building, and shipping platforms, infrastructure, or shared systems.
Experience working with complex B2B or B2B2C workflows such as onboarding, configuration, payments, compliance, or financial operations.
Experience operating in regulated, high-reliability environments.
Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering teams on architecture and system design.
Ability to drive alignment and make prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
Experience building enterprise-grade platforms in financial services or fintech is preferred.

Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space with material business impact.
Lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives that span product, engineering, finance, compliance, and adjacent platform teams.
Define scalable and configurable platform capabilities that can support a diverse range of capital partners.
Partner closely with engineering leaders to shape product architecture, technical tradeoffs, and long-term platform evolution.
Drive platform capabilities supporting partner onboarding, configuration, capital execution workflows, and reporting.
Establish alignment across stakeholders without formal authority to resolve ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes.
Help define new problem spaces from first principles, validate solutions, and scale implementations.
