Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally with startup experience.
- Proven experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI.
- Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building.
- Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS, especially for multi-step workflows.
- Ability to drive short-term execution while building towards and testing a long-term vision.
- Prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows.
- Prior experience in recruiting or HR software.
- Prior experience using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy and making the business case for investment.
- Own the company’s thesis for the market segment, including target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs.
- Apply robust, first-principle, out-of-the-box thinking to the problem space, using quantitative and qualitative data to drive conclusions.
- Work closely with engineering to focus efforts on impactful innovations, owning prioritization and unblocking major issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to goals.
