- 2+ years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare, medical research, life sciences, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, programs, or multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to translate unclear or complex requirements into structured specifications and execution plans.
- Ability to assess complex problems and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across clinical, technical, commercial, and operational teams.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML companies, data annotation, or model evaluation is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing technical or data-intensive operational programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own complex healthcare and medical AI data programs from solution design through delivery.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into clear project specifications.
- Shape data programs and workflows supporting AI model training, evaluation, and other use cases.
- Scale pilots by defining workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards.
- Partner with researchers and clinical experts to ensure programs meet technical and operational needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams to identify risks and maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and monitor quality standards while balancing feasibility, scalability, and cost.
