Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial data, markets, accounting, financial modeling, or quantitative analysis.
- Ability to evaluate the fitness of financial data for specific project objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex financial concepts into project requirements.
- Comfort operating in a high-intensity, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven experience managing technical or data-intensive projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for working with researchers and global teams.
- Experience with AI/ML companies, data annotation, or model evaluation is preferred.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, AI training workflows, or human-in-the-loop operations is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance-focused AI pilots and research initiatives from initial scoping through validation and operationalization.
- Translate emerging financial AI use cases into structured programs that support model training, evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Shape how market data, financial statements, regulatory filings, and quantitative models are selected and applied to AI workflows.
- Assess financial datasets to determine their appropriateness and fit for specific AI training and evaluation objectives.
- Transform successful pilots into scalable operational projects by defining workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards.
- Partner with AI researchers, financial experts, and global delivery teams to align objectives with technical requirements.
- Coordinate complex initiatives, manage dependencies, identify risks, and maintain momentum.
