Requirements
- Significant experience in project or program management, ideally in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing Project Managers or creative/production teams.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of project governance, operational processes, financial tracking, and invoicing.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and delivery controls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant project management, workflow, and reporting software.
- Experience training, mentoring, or upskilling project management professionals.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies for operational efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide the regional Project Management team.
- Own the overall quality and successful delivery of projects against briefs, timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Establish and reinforce project management best practices and global process compliance.
- Monitor project health, including utilization, burn rates, profitability, and financial compliance.
- Lead initiatives to improve project processes through AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Partner with resource managers for effective allocation and freelancer support.
- Act as a senior escalation point for clients and provide strategic delivery guidance.
- Manage direct reports through performance coaching, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
