Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios in SaaS or professional services.
Proven track record of building or maturing PMO functions and governance frameworks.
Experience leading or contributing to an Agile transformation.
Strong background in managing high-stakes client escalations and delivery complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce and professional services automation platforms like Rocketlane.
Strong data and financial acumen regarding KPIs, capacity planning, and burn-rates.

Lead, coach, and develop the project management team including performance management and career development.
Oversee an active portfolio of SOWs, maintaining visibility into milestones, budgets, and project health.
Establish portfolio governance including weekly health reviews and executive-facing reporting.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery, scope, and client challenges.
Design and implement project management methodologies, processes, and workflows to drive efficiency.
Drive data integrity across systems like Rocketlane and Salesforce to inform capacity planning and staffing.
Translate portfolio data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
