Job Details

Must reside in Canada and be available to work remotely.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Windows environment.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and online mapping tools.
Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving, active listening, and reliability.
Willingness to work various schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Must pass a background check.
Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Quiet, distraction-free workspace and availability for webcam presence.

Provide professional, empathetic, and timely assistance to automotive customers regarding warranty coverage, repairs, dealership experiences, and vehicle features.
Listen actively to customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and address complaints to create positive experiences.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both French and English.
Work efficiently across multiple systems and digital tools to research information, document interactions, and identify solutions.
Maintain a customer-first approach while demonstrating empathy, patience, adaptability, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Windows-based applications, and navigation tools.
Use approved AI tools to support tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance customer interactions.
Participate in paid virtual classroom training and ongoing development.
