- Ability to work 5 consecutive days within a schedule that covers 7 days per week until 5pm PST.
Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health.
- Listen to customers and provide information to support informed decision-making.
- Support customers via email and phone.
- Process orders and returns for customers.
- Help customers understand DEXA bone scan results.
- Update customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents.
