Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
- 2-4 years of agency experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify.
- Basic understanding of web-based languages such as Java, HTML, or PHP (preferred).
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with teams of 10 or more.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development teams, to ensure deliverables are met on time and are of high quality.
- Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Act as the central coordinator across the pod, partnering with Account Directors and assigning tasks to designers and developers.
- Maintain 85% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from your client book of business.
- Employ AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.
