Requirements
- Proven experience managing residential remodeling and renovation projects.
- Demonstrable track record of personally creating and owning full project schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path planning.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, electrical, and architectural construction documents.
- Comfort working with design and selections processes and material lead times.
- Data-driven approach to maintaining project schedules.
- Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (BuilderTrend, Procore, or MS Project preferred).
- Technical requirements: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) processor, Windows 11, 16GB RAM, dual monitors, internet speed 50/5 Mbps, and dedicated quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Review and guide the project schedules created by the company's project coordinators and superintendents.
- Apply deep understanding of residential construction order of operations and critical path.
- Manage the design and selections process, ensuring timely material orders to avoid delays.
- Read and interpret design, structural, and electrical construction documents.
- Use project data to identify and address project risks.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, superintendents, design teams, and clients to ensure project progression.
