Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, management accounting, project accounting, or business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ADP and QuickBooks.
- Experience with time-tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior management, clients, and vendors.
- Must be located in Ontario, Canada with a home office and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review program pricing, budgets, and profitability models in collaboration with Sales.
- Maintain and update budgets based on scope changes and financial results.
- Partner with Program Management to ensure accurate client invoicing and monitor accounts receivable.
- Manage commission reconciliations and oversee vendor bills and Accounts Payable activities.
- Execute biweekly payroll processes through ADP, including tax and holiday calculations.
- Prepare monthly project P&Ls, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analyses.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and internal control enhancements.
