Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience.
- Proven experience at a staff or principal level, having owned entire product domains.
- End-to-end ownership of platform or core product areas in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with data models, permissions, integration surfaces, and design patterns.
- Proven history of 0-to-1 product development and defining product strategy.
- Deep involvement in user research, from planning and recruiting to synthesis.
- Experience designing agentic or AI-powered product surfaces.
- Experience defining design system patterns (nice to have).
- Experience prototyping with AI tools (nice to have).
- Exposure to compliance, data integrity, or workflow-heavy domains (nice to have).
- Startup experience in fast-paced, low-process environments (nice to have).
- Experience mentoring or coaching designers (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for GrantOS across Platform, Core, and enterprise surfaces.
- Define data relationships, permission models, and integration surfaces that support cross-product workflows.
- Set interaction patterns and design system foundations inherited by other product areas.
- Drive product definition and roadmap direction for greenfield spaces in partnership with PMs.
- Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and synthesize user needs into product direction.
- Align engineering, product, and GTM teams on strategic direction.
- Raise quality standards and coach designers across the team.
