Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of experience managing customer, client, or strategic partner relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and understand complex partner needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for navigating ambiguity.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive process and workflow alignment.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and building consensus across diverse organizational levels.
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and construct actionable solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively from junior-level site contacts to c-suite executive leadership.
- Familiarity with clinical research site operations, patient recruitment, and retention strategies (strongly preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences and site visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of strategic site relationships, including implementing tools and workflows to optimize recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
- Perform solutions engineering to address non-standard requests from sites.
- Identify and coordinate partnership expansion opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute site partnership initiatives such as co-branded events, webinars, and sponsor communications.
- Develop and roll out processes to identify and support site relationship statuses, including certification programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and leverage partnership opportunities among key sites.
- Represent the company in high-level settings including executive site visits and industry conferences.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on clinical site recruitment strategies and effective platform usage.
